Alphanumeric signals

Description

The alphanumeric signals are able to show any drawing, or aspect joining different functionalities to give information to the train.

All signals are manufactured according to ADIF technical specifications:

Other technical features

The body of these signs is made of 2 mm hot galvanized steel and powder painting finish of 130 μm (color RAL-7000). It has a cast aluminium rear door with a handle (lockable with a padlock) finished in the same colour, which provides IP54 protection. It comprises a light matrix with single or multiple aspects, electronic units, electric transformers and signal wiring.

They are manufactured in 4 different sizes from 495 mm x 308 mm, up to 718 mm X 460 mm.

It is placed on a standard cast aluminium support in order to be oriented horizontally 360º and vertically 15º.

We have a wide catalogue of masts suitable for each signal with multiple applications and heights, in addition to an extensive number of components for integration into other applications, such as lateral supports for tunnel, roof supports, etc.

The signal head is suitable for providing multiple or individual information, such as alphanumeric characters or symbolic drawings. Its typical application consists of route indication, speed limit, or equipment status information such as level crossings or point switch activators.

Our signals comply with ADIF regulations (E.T. 03.365.006 and E.T. 03.365.522.6).
